Non-working of Refrigerato

I have lodged a complaint for my refrigerator having complaint ID C1081011684, but I am sorry to say that I am getting false assurances from the customer care centre that the engineer will come to attend the complaint. One gentleman came and informed that there is a gas leakage or compressor problem in it, and the mechanic will come within two hours. But after that more than 26 hours have been elapsed and after my so many complaints nobody is listening to me. I am sorry to same that the customer services provided by the agent of the company is very very unsatisfactory and required urgent improvement. I will be happy if some strict and effected action be taken in this regard.
