On 07.March.2011 my LG Refrigerator's cooling failed. So i have given this update to LG Call Center and they have given a Compliant no. RNA110406076923. From 07.March.2011 uptill now my complaint is unsolved by LG. when i forced LG Call Center person to give contact details of Senior managing person. After forcing call center person they given me Contact Number of Mrs. Lata Kombil; Mobile No. 9820871195. After all Mrs. Lata Kombil not received my single call... I like to say that LG refrigerator company if poor in service providing...
