Complaint against worst service provided by LG service center in BLY

Sir,

I have purchased Lg Refrigerator (sr. no. -809LPSY001382) on date - 21/12 .

Recently one & a half month before there is a problem of cooling in it. I have contacted the nearby Service center. They took the Refrigerator & returned it after a month with a Duplicate Cooling part in it which was replaced by the original one.

Kindly, take action against my Complaint as soon as possible...
