Pathetic service Gurgaon

Have been complaining to Gurgaon service centre since two weeks and no response and finally when they took my refrigerator it's been 5 days, they haven't returned when according to them it's working fine now. Complain number: RNA110517046502.

I ensure I shall never buy LG products henceforth and also not recommend others too.

I expect nothing out of complain still putting it down.

LG in India should shut down if they cant manage customer complains well in time.

I belong from media community and have the capacity to put down a negative story in Delhi media soon.
