Irresponsible behaviour fom LG service cente

Respected Team,

This is bring to your kind notice that few days ago I had purchased refrigerator from your authorized dealer from ludhiana. After using few days I had found there some water problem with my fridge I had visit to dealer shop for complainant and engineer has come to my house but did not given satisfactory service. After some days I had visit again for complaint and dealer suggest to talk with your Ludhiana base manager Mr. Gurinder (asst. manager) and I had talk with him. He told me that we will provide satisfactory service to you .but after that he did not call me. We can never expect from LG this kind of irresponsible behaviour.almost one week going to end still I did not receive any service from LG service center.infact I had talk with Ludhiana branch head mr.dhillon he give answer I will take necessary action but still there is no movement. Need your involvement unless, Please take action immediately.
