I have purchased a LG refrigerator from Reshmi Home Appliances, Karunagappally, Kollam, Kerala -690518, Email- reshmihome@gmail.com, Phone-0476 2631091, 3206491 on 28-12 (Model No. GL-244 LAG4, Invoice No 7767). The distributor delivered the product at the time 9.00 PM.on the same day. In the time of demonstration I noticed that the under portion is not level and the refrigerator is shaking. The delivery man state that your floor is not level and he adjusted the level by putting two tile pieces under the refrigerator. The second day lot of water coming from the back side of refrigerator ie, frost free system is not working properly. I complained to the distributor by phone and directly. Their response is your power supply in the home is not sufficient. But there is no voltage problem. I complained to the LG customer care by phone. on 01-01 and 03-01 and the service executive came at home on 06-01 and after the verification of the product he noticed that the water tray of frost free system is broken and suggested to put some M Seal on that portion and simply returned. I contacted the distributor again and requested replace water tray. But their response is not fair. I think in the time of transportation the refrigerator knocked somewhere and bended the under portion. That’s why level is incorrect and water tray is broken. It is too pathetic that a well known new product with all warranty is not useful for a customer like me in the first day of delivery on wards. I expect all your co-operation and necessary actions to solve my problem
