My TV has stopped working since FRIDAY. I gave a complaint (NO 0006) to the Hyd Office. I had the same problem earlier and was rectified at Rs.1800.00. Mr Rajesh visited promptly on Saturday and said it will be repaired by Tuesday.

WHY SUCH A LONG TIME> DO NOT YOU KEEP SPARES> WHY DID THE PROBLEM RECUR?

I called their office on Tuesday and Mr Rangaji said it will take another two days. I am waiting. EVEN IF THE PRODUCT HAS TO BE IMPORTED IT WILL NOT TAKE SUCH A LONG TIME.

Do YOU REALLY EXPECT ME TO BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT OF ONIDA. I VERY MUCH ENVY MY NEIGHBOUR AS HE DID NOT BUY AN ONIDA TV
