Poor responce to customers

We called u r customer service regarding our failure of our refrigerator u r customer people talk rubbish to customers there is no responce at all... very very poor coustomer service u people have..., our comp num is R.NA 110526023045 ..a mechanic prakash he didnt even repond to us and in our knowledge we came to know tat he don ve any basic knowledge about the refrigerator and also he convinces us with the same... prakash (9790621888) ur coustomer care lady named devi (9176995675) is hanging out wen we r talking... very poor customer service we r totally fed up with ur services...
