LG Split AC
PEPLACEMENT OF FRONT PANEL

Purchased 02 Nos LG Split AC of 1.5 and 2.0 Tons in the first week of MAY. Installation was done and complaint was given to the service engineer and to AIRCON Services regarding the scratche seen on the front panel. A numeber of complaints were given to LG service centres and engineer was sent for inspection. He had assured to replace the panal.

But till date we have not received any feedback on the same inspite of giving repeated complaints and even after speaking to Mr. Vaibhav (area manager - thane region)

Pls let us know the further course of actions to be taken...
