L.g split a.c
Not servicing under warranty

Dear sir,

I have an l.g split a.c wich i have purchase from sharma vedios kashipur (l.g distributor) on 14.5. but when i check my a.c this year i found that a.c is not working so i contact to distributor then they said you call service center of l.g then i call to center on 20.4.2011 they said that your a.c will be serviced by our l.g engineer with in 24hrs (complaint no. RNA 110420010646) but sir any engineer was not come till today, i call many times to service center and distributer but i didn't get any solution, so sir i requested to you to take an necessary action because my a.c warranti was over on 14.05.2011.
