LG / Top loaded semi automatic machine
No response inspite of having AMC

I haveAMC of my top load washing machine. The machine was not working and have logged a ticket with call centre on Aug6 and the Job Number was RNA110806078618. The engineer visited our home and told us that the machine need to be taken to workshop and will be picked within day or two. But was picked on Aug24 after several followups. Since then we are following up on daily basis with call centre, Pooja Mathur (9811354152), Kapil (7838651637), Deepak (7838651651) and service centre (4177550, 7838651602). Most of the times either the phone is not responded, told that we will get back to you or we have not received the parts.

With old parents at home and a two months old baby what is the use of taking the AMC . I request you to refund the amount of AMC and send my machine back immediately after getting the same repaired.
