Not recived the orginal bill and noc

I have purchased a window ac from kalinga sales, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar through bajaj auto finance ltd on 13-06, our all pdc has cleared since long but till date we have not received the orginal bill of the product and not received the no objections certificate.
