LG - Window A/C
No cooling

I have Window A/C from LG. This A/C is under AMC with LG and Service provider who has been assign is " Comfort Point " Goregaon. I had lodge a complaint about cooling problem with LG and A/C was picked up by Comfort Point on 2/5. They had promised to give it in 2 days. Every 2 days when followup was done, they have been promising to deliver it in 2 days. Today when I contacted them, they are saying you will A/C by next Tuesday only.

Unfortunately LG, does not give option of having alternate service provider in the area and have to depend only on "Comfort point ". Have no choice but to beg comfort point for their service. When called up . people at comfort point don't give proper answers as well.

Not sure what do I do as a consumer? Do I have a choice? LG does not give option of escalating if I am not happy with servicing.
