SUB: SERIOUS COMPLAINTS & ISSUES: New Home Window AC not cooling.

MODEL: AXGA18ANTB; Serial Number: T033620 with Remote & Stabilizer.

We would hereby want to bring your attention to the fact that we have purchased a 1.5 Ton O GENERAL Window AC from Hindustan Refrigeration, New Delhi & Dated 28.05.2010 (Invoicing Date)

Our Newly purchased & duly invoiced "O GENERAL WINDOW AC" DO NOT COOL our small room on the first floor even when we set the temperature to 18 degrees for the whole night (approx. 12 Hours of NON-STOP POWER to AC"

We switch on the above purchased AC about 2 Hours before we go to sleep (for example: If we had to go to sleep in the bedroom at 10.00 p.m., where the above AC is installed, then we switch it on at 8.00 p.m. so that the room could get a bit cooler from outside)

It is really sad that our last AC (an Indian Renowned Brand worked excellently for 10 years before we replaced it from this O'General.

We are a middle class family & bought O GENERAL for its Brand image & for it can last for a couple decades of years. WE ARE SRIOUSELY DIS-APPOINTED. We are making our mind to dispose the O GENERAL from our home & install a new indian brand which will save much power in addition to provide efficient cooling.

Please give us a feedback or a complaint number.
