LG Window Airconditioner 1.5T
No cooling

AC cooling stopped. Complaint registered with LG C1050301889 dt. 03/05.

Technician informs that AC is not in warranty (expired on 14/04) hence recharge & repair to cost Rs. 1800/- I asked why LG has not given reminder for AMC. He said he can't help.

This was the first year of usage of the new AC unit and find that LG has not given atleast one of the 4 free services.

My request is that LG should renew my AMC and do the repair under AMC.
