Careless Attitude

I had given my daughters mobile set Model No.5030 at Cellular Clinic plot no. B-32, Saheed Nagar behind Durga Puja Mandap Bhubaneswar-751007 vide job sheet no.627504886/101112/11 dt.12/11 with the Major symptom INSERT SIM CARD and the charge was Rs.250/- for the purpose and I was asked to collect the set in the very next day, when I went on 13th to collect the same the set was checked by the person manning the Counter but the set was not repaired properly and was having same problem hence it was again retained in the care centre and I was asked to come on the next day i.e.14th I was again present on the same day but again I was told to collect the set after two days and when finally I was in the centre for collection of my repaired set on 18th Nov it was not repaired. Vexed with the service provided by the care centre I got back the mobile at about 6.30 pm and When I asked for the reason why the set was not being able to be repaired the lady manning the counter instead of giving me any reply handed over the set to me without any hesitation. What I want to point is the CARELESS ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES of the Centre towards the Customers.
