Nokia 5030 - Dummy Mobile?

I bought a 5030 three months before, had speaker problem. Gone to service and returned a NEW mobile, stating that software problem.

Now, Even the NEW one is NOT working. No keys are working and Nothing doing with the device.

What to do now? Is it FAILURE Model? Why this happens?

I lost the hope with NOKIA. How will I get back my MONEY?
