Negligence on service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought nokia 5130c2 on 20-June at vizianagaram, last month (April) i have got problem with it, the hand set automatically switched off, so i submitted my mobile in Nokia care center which address is M/s. Aditya Cell Care

F-3, Sai Durga Commercial Complex, Railway Station Road, Mayuri Junction,

vizianagaram on 23-April, the NCC staff told to me we will give you back on today evening, but still I m not get back my mobile, now 18 days to go, but still that NCC staff said it takes another weak, i heard these words from tow weaks, they did not give proper response to me and they did not receive any call from their office land line number, so give me a solution and help me and take a action soon so that they give me, my phone in good condition.
