I purchased assembeld computer set on 1-Dec from The Little Rose Pvt Ltd which is located in Nehru Place New Delhi-110019.

On the same day when i baught the systme the mother board got defective, when i went to the same office on the next day they refused to take the system and then the other day when i went again to the same place they took the system mother board and told me to come to the shop after 3 days.

I SUBMITTED THE SYSTEM ON 13-12 and was asked to Take it back after 3 days.

It has been almost 7 days for that and whenever i'm calling the phone # 01140516509 they ask me to call after 3 days.

it has been almost one complete week that i do not have the system with me.

And now even they are not picking my call, they either disconnect me or do not pick the call up.

I would really appreciate if this matter is looked up seriously.
