Air ticket not received

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to purchase of one sony ericsson mobile phone from India Today Book Club. There was an offer that promises of giving free air ticket along with the purchase of mobile phone. I made a purchase and completed all formalities by 25/09/09. I sent lot of reminders to premier sales promotions private limited (agency recommended by India today responsible for giving flight vouchers). But till date I have not received any response. This is height of unprofessionalism and looks like they are fooling people around.
