Order Id: 110079848, 110079851, 110079866, 110079867 .i had booked two things first samsung lcd worth rs 17699/- and second samsung camcorder rs 15998/-(Booking ID 110079866).i recd samsung lcd but till date i have not recd samsung camcorder though one month has passed since i have boooked the item.on enquiry they are saying that it is out of sock and soon they will deliver but are not giving clear dates.why have they sold it when it was out of sock?? the shopping was done on teleshopping on 16 jul 10.apart from this with each item i won rs 100000/- gold vouchers and four reebock watches for which they have taken rs 1196/- for each box.i have recd the 8 watches but no news of vouchers for worth rs 200000/-. for that also they r saying thay are out of stock and no clear answer to my queries. on facebook one can see same types of complain from various other customers.i have been writing to them but everytime they say we will come back to u and till date nobdy has contacted us.i am going thru lot of mental agony. The event for which i had purchased the camcorder has already passed and i kept regretting as to why did i order it thru bagittoday. today i.e on 17 jul 10 again called up and to my dismay representative first of all is speaking to me as if i am on receiving end and he is the authority ..too rude and impolite way of talking secondly he says that id of samsung camcorder is not been listed on my name as for others items which i have purchased are being shown.he said to come back to him with authrisation code of credit card with which he will again search.when i called up again to tell him the code i was told that the neme of rep i am looking for does not work there, shock... and again their system is down they cant help me now call again next day..i have wasted more money and time then i should have for buying such a thing... i piti myself for the blunder i have done.pl pl dont buy anything from telemarketing and from india today book club. They are just cheating all customers ..I stopped thinking of gold vouchers which they promised again and again i gave them call...
