Dear All Officers,

I am customer since 5 years, I have your Spilt A/C at my home and Office, I have registered y complain before 1 year that my Compresser is not working, this complain i have registerd

on 12/3 complain number is 12031123197, problem is not solved, and your Responsible persons are saying complain is closed. WHY CLOSED? WHO HAS CLOSED?

Is that problem solved or not? please give me reply when is complain solved. When i have called to your Call-Center all are saying that complain will solved in 15 days.

WHY???In your website complain is not tracking...
