Lloyd LCD not working properly and company not responding for compliant

LCD not working properly from date of parching & company not ready to solved or replace defected LCD. Even they are not visiting for any verification. I have given many calls to Lloyd but no resonance and also have very bad experience from there customer care I can say one of the worst experience of my life. I am facing this problem from 21-08.

I have also contacted retailer "Vijay Sales, Hadapsar Pune" for the same but no resonance from them.

Please suggest what I should do now.
