Display problem

To Whomsoever it may concern,

My name is Bhanu, and I had a problem with my Nokia X2 mobile's display-which is within the warranty month period. When I visited the service centre, the service personnel told me that it was a problem with the OS. I did not understand why it was so and he said that it would be rectified after the software update was done. But even after the software update and being charged Rs. 150/- for it, it turned out that there was absolutely no change in the phone.

The phone is still functioning the same way. This is like misleading the customer just to spend money in vain. When informed them about it, the said to come later even after the problem still persists. It is not possible for people like us to make regular rounds to the service centre. I request the possible action to be taken.
