About GPRS facility

Sir, i have suscribed for tata docomo gprs facility for my mobile LONGTEL-X450. now i can only open only few sites like gmail, musicdownload.com and one or two others . in all other sites i receive message 'insufficient memory. i asked tata customer care about it;they say if u can access one or two sites then ur service is activated and its ur handset problem . now if mobile company is giving gprs facility they should give it properly . now in above case what i should do .please inform me
