Too bad service behaviours

Ihave complane that my mo has low battery back up and bad charger contact on15th march they receive my phone and they give me time for depositing 23rd march andso many .after all they return my mobile on07th april but they can not return my charger today 23rd april. If they not return my charger with in one week then i will give to consumer court . thanx.
