Unable for opera mini

I am not able to access opera mini though i have the wap settings. I am using Micromax Q75 and it has pre-installed opera mini. When i try to open opera mini, it prompts to check the internet settings or contact your service provider. And then 1p is deducted every time i try to access opera mini. Please help.
