On 06.07.2011 I registered my complain about non functioning of the digital inverter with the Luminus customer care. They told that within 24 hrs their service engg. will visit my place and will contact me. The person concern also give me the complain No. 09696. Again on 8.07.2011 I rang up the customer care No. 011-45500700 and I was again told the same thing. Today again I rang up the customer care they informed that my complain is already there, however they again register another complain with No. 13722. But I am yet to hear from the service engg. and me and my family is suffering in these hot summer days.
