Complaint no 103141 dt 27.01.2011
dear sir refer to the above wth order no 1000061345 i received 75 pcs container set, in which 3 items viz 750ml 1pc, 300ml ipc and 1pc lunch box ahd been totally damaged condition, instaed of several sms and phone call i got complaint no 103141 dt 27.01. as per your advice you people assured to delivery the exchange product within 48 hours from complaint date, but till date nothing has been happened, and this is 3 reminder to you, please look in to matter and replace the damaged product, before i take harse step against you.
