MALMUNCTIONING OF YOUR HANDSET

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your notice that I have bought NOKIA LUMIA 710 Black color on 21st March'2012

IMEI-- 359300041234213 and since then I've been facing problem with the handset as it is not working properly.

The very next day of my purchase I've submitted this handset to your service centre and

since then we've been visiting your service centre regularly. They have also exchanged

my phone with another handset on 16th April'2012. but the handset which i received had some scratched for which

I've complained but did not got any positive feedback. But then again the problem was not sorted

out and now since this is the fourth time when I had submitted the handset with your service center,

as no one yet has understood the real cause behind the problem. still my handset is with N R I communication,

O-9, first floor, Lajpat Nagar, Part - 2, New Delhi-110024. My job sheet no. 111433527 / 120730 / 109. submitted on 30th July'2012

I've spent 14, 400 on the same and I am not at all satisfied with the product.

Kindly come out with a permanent solution to my genuine problem as soon as possible.

Looking forward for your prompt solution and action, otherwise I will left with no option but

to approach to consumer court for my legal right.
