Snap N Dice, Bad product, need refund

I have purchased 2 Snap N Dice from AAA Teleshopee Delhi. The product is the worst. Within a day the blades got rusted. Heavy force needs to apply to cut the vegetables. I had asked for the demo at home but could not get reply. I was continuosly calling them but I could not get proper response for one month. And now because of this worst product and the worst service by AAA Teleshopee I want my full money back. I dont want replacement and not even exchage. I am frustrated by their answers and I just want my money back. I cost me 3630 for two products with home delivery charges.
