Again again service

Sir i brought one mobile on 10-2..they gives 1 year warnty... in nine months, i got 11 times problem, every time new problm, i told to them that i want replace it coz if i go one time service, i have to spend 100rs nd also take leave for half day... if i give mobile for service., they return after 3 days..they not understand my problm, they give bad resp once..they using bad language..plz help me...
