Replacement

Dear Sir,

I submit phone Usb wire on 23/12/9 in Maxx customer sercive center since then I didn't recieve replacement of the wire. I visit many time every time they said we didn't recieve from main office even today they are not sure they will get in coming day. I am facing a lots of problem due to wire because charger and usb is same wire. I can't charge my mobile since one month.
