Improper way of operations (the thing which is written in manual is not in the product)

Sir,

I have purchased the reputed mobile "MAXX MX411" today i.e., on 25-01 from M/s. Master Telecommunication system, Shop No.15, Model House, panjagutta, Hyderabad with the Invoice No.4081. I am very happy for owing it. But to my surprise of the mobile settings I am unable to see the profile "silent" in my mobile, whereas in manual it is written the "silent" profile is said to be in "profiles" menu which is actually not in mobile. So I am surprised a little bit, could you please guide me in this case.
