Respected Sir/madam,

My self vivek sharma from shimla HP.I have purchased mobile handset of MAXX comany on dated 7/09/09 from S.K.WATCH &RADIO SERVICE Ram Bazar Shimla. Ph -017720157.

company gives one year warnty, but after 20days my mobile shut down automatically. I complaint to retailer and he gave it to service center MUSKAN ENTER. SOLAN.They return it to me after approx 25 days but the problem was not shorted. Then I reapt my comp. But now they not intersted in my complaint. I gave many reminder to com through mail and through mobile Mr JOGINDER sales mang CHANDIGARH mob-09215719019.but they dont help me to this regard.

So my req is that please help me to short out problem as soon as possible.
