Defected Air Coole

I have bought a Mc coy Major Air cooler from Kumar Electric Works, 5131, Harphool Singh Building, Clock Tower, Subzi Mandi, Delhi-110007 on 27 May'2012. After 15 days only on 12 June'12, the water pump & swinger stopped working and noise comes from blower motor, I complaint to Dealer reagarding that and he said that we will send the service guy tommorow and the guy came without any service equipment and said that the pump and blower moter is not working and we need to replaced that, although I don't have pump & blower motor with him so he will replace that tommorow. Then many times followups the guy comes after a week to replaced that. After replacement, Still Water pump and Swinger is not working and now he said the Switch is not working and he don't have switch with him and he will replace tommorow. I make so many calls to Dearler and the Service Guy but they are not responding well and even your Service Center number is also not responding. Its 20 June'12 and the problem still not resolved.

Please suggest, What should I do with that. Now I am totally furstated.
