G2 full touch screen mobile with WiFi

I have brought "G2 full touch screen Mobile with WiFi" from Naaptop.com via order no. 1467388 in March-11. It came to my shipping address fine. I am not able to receive calls on this mobile. Everytime, somebody calls me, he/she finds it "Switched off". I beleive there is network receiving issue in this mobile. I am using vodafone sim. The same SIM is working in other mobile perfectly.

I was informed that there is a 6 months warranty with this product. Request you to please help me solving my problem.
