I am sourav mukherjee. I have purchase a RCB POLO Rs 450 wrist watch from www.mginger.com my order no is 65118..i registered for the product online.it took 20 days to receive the product.but when i receive the product i saw the watch is defective. I complaint to mginger but they r not responding to my words.it has gone past 3 weeks i have made the compalint.the most interesting thing is that when i took the product to titan showroom they simply told me that it is a duplicate watch..& the machine cst just rs 35.
