Refund of Rs. 1000 Due to non tracing lost mobile as per compnays guaranttee

Dear Sir/Madam,

i had lost my mobile and we had approch to MGIST tracker which is the lost mobile tracking company and as per companys requirment we had sumbitted below document to bank wiht Rs.1000

1) Copy of FIR, address proof, photograph, running number of lost, referecne numbers two and xerox copyo of bank receipt of Rs.1000

as per compnay policy they traced the mobile 1 hrs to 4-5 days or maximum 30 days and if mobile not get traced then they refund the money.

after sumbiting above all detail i had contacted to this compnay many times then they start searcing the my lost mobile and after around 45 days i received below message.

“Vikas Sawant, Mumbai, Maharashtra lost mobile 9324643752 has been traced at 9890081693. please inform the owners of mobile as soon as possible.”

my lost mobile number is 9594618930

my referecne number is 9324643752 / 9833947445

they have forwrded above message which is wrong due to 9324643752 is my referecne number and currment number so how they can trace the same

also we can not approch to police due to above number is my current number not lost mobile /number

i had forwarded many email to this compnay for refund to my money as they have mis lend to me and cheated. please find below self explanry email sent to them by my self.

my self called your customer care number several time but they refusing to give your number or concern person number and they are not going to reply to my messgae.

please note your compnay has chated and mislend my self (Consumer) which is very clear and self explanatory as per below your sms sent my your compnay on my mobile and being customer i have not any option and have to approch to State consumer Forum.

Further as per your SMS you have traced my refercne number that is Reliacne CDMA mobile number in AIR Tel mobile which is not possible in any conditionshow could you trace Air tel GSM number

i look forward your reply to my email message or call in this regards within 3 days from today otherwise i have to approch consumer Fourm.

Please look in this matter on priority.
