Cell not working

I have a purchase a micromax mobile phone from bhatia comm. & retail (india) pvt ltd on 13/3. bill no. 14907/r. product name is gc700 and IMEI code is 910001160000953.

my cell phone is not working properly since two month. i m regularly going to dealer fo servicing but he said i will talk to company.

Now i dont have any cell phone and am suffering lot.

kindly provide service or arrange new set as early as possible . otherwise i will go to consumer court.
