FRAUD HANDSET X505

Dear Sir,

I purchased X505 handset M_IMEI 910526601353090 in Jan.2011. its display is faulty so i contacted their call center on 10th march 13:11 IST . they asked me to contact service center at VASHI . Service center told me that they do not have display so wait. I waited but that service center closed down. I contacted another service center at PANVEL but again got reply to wait NO job no. issued. Finally I got my complaint registered vide job no.1610195 at Dynamic Enterprizes at Chembur Mumbai on 14th April. Call center {18605008286} on 18th April at 15:11 IST assured that display will be available latest by 22nd April. But display has not reached service center. Now I am told to wait at least three months.

This means they are not going to replace/ repair my handset even in warrant
