Faulty set under warranty

I had purchased one mobile set vide model Q5 from Authrorised showroom in Lucknow which is still under warranty and have given to authorised service center as per belowmentioned details. Kindly note my complaint as till date no aaction taken by local service center. I want to know the time period to solve the consumer problem which is under warranty as i am facing lot of problem due to no alternative handset. Kindly lodge my complaint and get justice to me.
