Worst Service Provide

I have given the Handset to the service center of micromax in vashi for problem with the touch screen. They kept the handset and now it is informed to me that they don't have suitable spares with them. I contacted the customer cell for update on my complaints. Even they are not sure when the can give me my handset back. They are giving excuses and a time after 15 August that to they are not sure about it. In future any body want a handset don't ever go for handset of micromax, they are just interested in pre sales and sales not post sales service.
