I have a Micromax Q3 Handset, Due to accident its broken and i sent it to Tech Telecom which is a Micromax's Authorized Service Center in Hadapsar, Pune on 12th Aug on that day they told me that it will get repaired in next 4 days. Since then there executives are not replying to my phone calls properly and they are telling me wrong information every time. Every time i call them they told me that it will get repaired in next two days but its almost 21 Days they wont be able to get it repaired. As that handset is important to me i am calling them regularly but they are not at all serious about my mobile. Its a cheating with me as well as i feared if they had done anything wrong with my handset. Please help me.
