Micromax GC 255
Low battery backup & poor service centre response

My name is Manju Das, I bought a Micromax handset GC 255, the battery backup of this mobile is so poor that I hardly can speak 20 min continuously.

Secondly, I had replaced my defective charger of my mobile with micromax service centre in Govindpuri Extn, (Mr. Sunil - 9971111644) and he had given me a charger not of my handset but of some different mobile and everytime I called him regarding the replacement of the same he said I have stock yet, It is almost more that 3 months that he is saying the same line, and I am getting frustrated and I am complaining against him.

Thirdly Please provide stocks to Micromax service centre so that we people can get our proplems solved for which the service centre is meant for.

My Phone's Jack is also broken and I have to change it before its expiry but every time I get the answer we have no stock.

I dont whether he is lying, you are so careless that you people make us harrase by such thing,

Requested to take action against him or provide me the things which I need urgently.
