Pathetic Customer Service

Hi, I am Pradeep Dive, I have purchsed a Micromax Q1 mobile on 17th of October. On its very 2nd week it started giving me "Auto Switch off" Problem when i contacted one of the Micromax Service Station "M/s New Tirupati Cellulars Shop No-2&3 'Esteem Towers, Mumbai Pune Road, Kharalwadi

Pune - 411018" they had kept my handset for a weeks time and gave me back stating that the problem is resolved. But when i checked, the problem was not at all resolved, i went to the same Service Station and they kept my hanset agains, till date i havent received it back, i visited the service station for enquiry about my handset and got answer that the handset is sent to Company for repairs. It is almost one and a half month and i haven't received any status about the handset.

I had called up the Micromax customer care and they told me that i will be receiving a call back with the updated status of my complaint in 72 Hrs but again useless. I also left Voice message but no call back is received... Its very very Pathetic service. My contact Number is 9764053387
