My micromax x2i handset was dead and i deposited the same with micromax service centre in dombivli east, Media Enterprise on 01-10-11 for replacement, since then i called hundred times, i am not getting proper answer nor the replacement they kept telling call next week, it is almost 6 month left since then, still no solution, my work order no. WO30399-1011-253386, can some one help regarding this, whom to contact, where to complaint, MIcromax spending crores on advertisement, IPL, but they don't care for customers.
