Dear Sir/Mam

I hv Purchased Fresh Set Of Micromax Model GC255 FRom ur Authorised Dealer And Service Provider M/s Sri Bala Ji Telecom At Fazilka (152123) Distt Ferozpur (Punjab) on 12/07/09 with rs 5200 bill no 865.From Very 3rd or 4th i noticed its battery and earing sound is not working properly.i mean to say battary fall down after few time and i cant attend phone call in any minor sound area.when i report there they people convinced me it is fine but the problem still persist.after some time arround one month cherger stopped charging i asked them they charged me another250 for only restoring not replacing charger.i m using mobile since 12 years with nokia, this time i take risk to adopt it, but i m fully disapponted by your service centre.i hv purchased it rs5200 but now i m ready to sale it rs 2200 only a gap of 4 months now micromax company imazine the quality which u r offering for your customer.if u help me for this problem i will realy obliged otherwise ok my cell no 9316072965
