Aking charging port ang charging print by micromax service centre executive

This is complain about mobile set damage, i have a mobile set of micromax Q7, facing some problem in charging port of mobile set i had given the handset to the micromax service centre

(add-shop no.10/16, GDA market, G-block, pratap vihar, near rilif hospital, ghaziabad mob. no- 9999967880).

this service centre service executive given treatment to mobile charging port two or three time and afterall braking the charging print of mobile handset . and told me micromax service centre not given treatment about the charging print damazing.

so sir this is the fault of service centre executive please tell me appropriate solution about solve my handset problem
