Mobile not working properly

Resp. Sir l have purchased mob. from mobillewala shop at vadodara on 25/4 but on 14/5 it found problem and stopped working. I went to service center to complain they have taken the mob. and said that it will be given back within 2 DAYS, on my call after 2 days they replies that PCB is damaged. and need to be changed, ultimately after 15days they given back my mobile but no job sheet is prepared for the complaint. Now my problem is that if any problem accures I dont have any proff pl. suggest proper course of actions.
